What are the daily usage precautions for self-priming pumps?

1. First, check whether the bolts are loose, whether the power cord and plug are intact, and the insulation resistance of the motor should be greater than 2 mega euros.

 2. In order to prevent electric shock accidents, corresponding security measures such as leakage circuits or electric shock security devices must be installed and reliably grounded.

 3. The working voltage range of the self-priming pump must be +5% of the rated voltage, -12%, otherwise the service life of the motor will be shortened or burned. If the electric pump is far away from the power supply, the power supply conveyor line should be thickened appropriately, otherwise the voltage will be used to fall and cannot operate.

 4. Close the power switch to make the pump idling for about 2 minutes to check whether it starts, works normally, and whether the steering is correct.

 5. Fix the pump body and use a steel pipe or rubber pipe (not too soft to avoid flattening); Connect the inlet and bottom valve. The bottom valve must be placed perpendicular to the horizontal plane and more than 30cm from the bottom of the water to avoid suction of sediment.

 6. Before the first use, the water storage tank should be filled with water. Water cannot be automatically released after dozens of seconds of power, and there is no need to irrigation after use.

 7. When using, the motor should keep dry, pay attention to the water level falling, and the bottom valve should not be exposed to the water. When the temperature is below 40 °C. Anti-freezing work should be done to avoid freezing and cracking the pump body.

 8. If it is not used for a period of time, the accumulated water in the pump should be drained (the self-priming pump and the automatic pump should be poured out of the water storage tank); the main parts should be scrubbed clean, coated with anti-rust oil, and placed in a ventilated and dry place for later use.
