Protection methods
1. Smooth: The trapezoidal thread of valve electric equipment, the sliding part of the stem nut and bracket, the bearing part, the meshing part of gear and worm wheel, the worm and other cooperative moving parts all need excellent smooth conditions to reduce conflicts between them and prevent each other from wear. Some parts are specially equipped with oil cups or nozzles. If they are damaged or lost during operation, they should be corrected and equipped, and the oil routes should be dredged. Smooth parts should be refueled regularly according to the specific environment. Frequently open, high-temperature valve electric equipment is suitable for blocking refueling once a week to a month. It is not often opened. The refueling cycle of low-temperature valve electric equipment can be longer.
2. Protection: valve electric equipment in operation, all kinds of valve parts should be complete and unabsorant. The bolts on the flange and bracket are not missing, the thread should be defective, and loosening should not be allowed.
3. Cleaning: The surface of valve electric equipment, trapezoidal threads on the valve stem and stem nut, the sliding parts of the stem nut and bracket, as well as gears, worm worms and other parts, are easy to accumulate a lot of dust, grease and media residues, which will wear and fall off the valve electric device. Therefore, it is often necessary to keep the exterior and moving parts of the valve electric equipment clean and protect the integrity of the paint of valve electric equipment.
Some actuators do not have external power supply, so we can drive manually. However, most actuators have a visual azimuth indicator to show whether the electric actuator and the connected valve are open. And many valves have internal electronic switches or relays to indicate the opening or closing orientation.
