Sanitary sampling valve
Application
▪ The sterile type sampling valve of the hygiene series must undergo disinfection and sterilization treatment (SIP) before and after each sampling operation. The material is directly sealed by the diaphragm plate, without any dead corners, and the bacteria are sterilized more thoroughly. It can be used for continuous and on-demand aseptic sampling. It is widely applied in industries such as brewing, beverages, dairy products, and biomedicine.
Working principle
▪ Portable sterile sampling valve. The valve is normally in a closed state. The valve seat, valve core, etc. can be disinfected through the left and right interfaces. When the handle is lifted upwards, the valve opens, and the fluid can flow out instantly from the sampling port. The handle can be removed (as needed). Its design is designed to achieve a sterile effect during sampling.
▪ The integrated sterile sampling valve is of one-piece design. The valve is normally in a closed state. It can be opened either manually or pneumatically. When the valve is opened, the valve stem and the diaphragm sealing component will contract, allowing the liquid to pass through. Its design ensures the attainment of a sterile effect during sampling.
Technical data
▪ Pressure Valve Body: 304/306 L; Other Metal Components: 304/316 L; Diaphragm: EPDM (standard) Product Pressure: Under standard conditions, 6 bar (86 psi); Pressure of 10 bar can be provided upon request.
▪ The recommended disinfection temperature for MIE bacteria is 121-134°C for dry steam. The steam must be dry as condensate water could damage the diaphragm. We suggest to the users that the diaphragm should be replaced after every 100 sampling operations or MIE bacteria treatment procedures.
