ZXB-SY CIP Self-priming Return-Flow Pump

The ZXB-SY self-priming pump has incorporated the advantages of similar products from abroad, and has been designed after measurement and improvement. Its structure is compact and reasonable, and the manufacturing process is precise. The materials for the self-priming pump part are all made of acid-resistant stainless steel (standard AISI 316), which has particularly remarkable resistance to acid and alkali corrosion and complies with food hygiene requirements. 

The characteristic of the ZXB-SY self-priming pump is that it can convey liquids mixed with air or foam, and can even self-pump in a pump chamber filled only with air. 

This pump works by compressing air, creating a negative pressure of 0.6 in the pump chamber. It is widely used in the fluid industry as a self-priming pump for liquid transportation. Particularly, it is used in CIP cleaning systems to self-priming transport the liquid in the tanks and the CIP return pipelines, keeping the pipelines free of water accumulation.
