At the point of reversing valve

Application

This reversing valve is a sanitary single-seat or double-seat pneumatic-operated valve. It is widely used in the food processing industry, beverage production, pharmaceuticals, and fine chemical industries. 

Working principle

▪ This series of directional control valves is operated remotely by compressed air. The purpose of opening or closing the valve is achieved by controlling the relative position of the valve core, thereby changing the flow direction of the medium (of the directional type). 

▪ The manual stop function of the single-seat valve series is achieved by operating the handle, which enables the change of the medium flow direction (reversing type). 

Materials

▪ Overcurrent steel components of the product: 304/316L 

▪ Other steel components: 304 

▪ Sealing components for conveying materials: EPDM 

▪ Inner surface treatment: R a ≤ 0.4 μm 

▪ Surface treatment: Sandblasting, Polishing

▪ High product pressure: 10,000 kPa (10 bar) 

▪ Small product pressure: Vacuum 

▪ Temperature range: -10℃ to 135℃ (with sealed ring made of EP D M material) 

▪ Air pressure: 400 to 800 kPa (4 - 8 bars) 

The function of the execution device 

It moves downward by pneumatic means and then the spring returns to its original position. 

It moves upwards by pneumatic means and then the spring returns to its original position.
