Anti-leakage butterfly valve

 ▪ Sanitary leak-proof butterfly valves are used in stainless steel pipeline systems and are widely used in most fluid process applications in food, pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries. 

 Operating principle 

 ▪ This leak-proof butterfly valve provides a simple and material separation method to prevent accidental mixing of materials in the event of damage to the sealing ring. It is often used to isolate materials that need to be safely separated and single CIP cleaning (not valve array components), or at the valve array component terminal (such as CIP return) or CIP solution input into the tank (through the cleaning ball). 

 Operating principle 

 ▪ Appearance design, easy to disassemble. 

 ▪ The design of the disc plate is well sealed. If there is a leak, the leakage can be checked and discharged from the sewage outlet. 

 ▪ Valves are available manual or pneumatic, with intelligent controller or proximity switch. 

 ▪ Imported seals have strong resistance to acid, alkali and high temperature, and small compression deformation.
