Sanitary sampling valve

Apply 

 ▪ The sanitary series sterile sampling valve must be disinfected before and after each sampling operation. The material is directly sealed with diaphragm, there are no dead corners, and the sha bacteria is more thorough. It can be continuous and sterile sampling at any time. It is widely used in the brewing, beverage, dairy food and biomedical industries. 

 Operating principle 

 ▪ Portable sterile sampling valve. The normal state of the valve is closed. The valve seat, valve core, etc. can be treated with sha bacteria through the left and right interfaces. The handle is lifted up, the valve is opened, and the fluid can flow out of the sampling port in an instant. The handle can be removed (according to needs). Its design is satisfied with the effect of aseptic effect when sampling. 

 ▪ Hand gas integrated aseptic sampling valve. The valve is normally closed. The valve can be opened manually or pneumatically. When the valve is opened, the valve stem and diaphragm sealing assembly will shrink, so that the liquid passes through. Its design is satisfied with achieving a sterile effect when sampling.

 ▪ Pressure valve body: 3 0 4 / 3 0 6 L Other metal parts: 304/3 1 6 L diaphragm: E PDM (standard) Product pressure: 6 b a r (8 6 p s i) under standard conditions, 1 b a r pressure can be provided as required. 

 ▪ Temperature Large mie bacteria disinfection temperature, dry steam: 121-134℃. Steam must be dry because condensed water will damage the diaphragm. We suggest to users that after every 10 times of sampling operation or mie bacteria operation, the diaphragm should be replaced.
