Hygienic butterfly valve

Apply 

 ▪ This series of butterfly valves is a hygienic, automatic or manual butterfly valve, suitable for various applications in stainless steel pipeline systems. 

 Operating principle 

 ▪ This series of butterfly valves can be operated remotely through a pneumatic head or manually through a handle. 

 ▪ There are three standard types of actuators, namely, normally closed (NC), normally open (NO) and air/air (A/A). 

 ▪ The actuator converts the axial motion of a piston into a 90° rotation-move of the valve shaft. When the round butterfly in the valve body touches the sealing ring of the butterfly valve, the torque of the actuator increases and the valve is closed. 

 ▪ Select different manual handles to mechanically lock the valve in an open, closed, middle or other position to adjust the flow rate.
