Sanitary constant pressure regulating valve

Apply 

 ▪ This type of valve is a sanitary-grade constant pressure valve, which can be applied to stainless steel pipeline systems. 

 Operating principle 

 ▪ The constant pressure regulator series is operated remotely through compressed air. The operation of this series of valves does not need to rely on any sensor in the pipeline of the conveyor product, but only a pressure regulator for compressed air and a pressure gauge on the product conveyor road. A diaphragm / stem system can respond quickly to any pressure change of the delivered product and change the stem position relatively to continue to maintain the preset pressure value. When the pressure of the conveying product rises, the valve will open. Conversely, the pressure of the conveying product decreases and the valve will close. 

 Standard design 

 ▪ Yodsn's current constant pressure regulator series is designed and produced according to DIN standards, 3A standards and ISO standards. 

 ▪ The basic components of the constant pressure regulator series include: a valve body with a seat, a valve cover, a stem with a diaphragm unit and a clamp. The constant pressure regulator is more significant because the inlet and bottom of the valve body cannot accumulate, so the cleaning effect is more significant. In addition, the special plunger design can allow less liquid flow and higher CIP flow.
