Apply 

 ▪ The valve is a pneumatic single-seat valve installed at the bottom of the tank and used in dairy, food processing, beverage production, pharmaceutical industry, fine chemical industry and other industries. 

 Operating principle 

 ▪ Operated by a single-act or dual-act actuator 

 ▪ Compressed air pushes the shaft to open or close the valve 

 ▪ Valve structure: The valve seat is opened into the valve, which avoids the unexpected opening of the valve due to pipe overpressure. 

 Material 

 ▪ Product overflow steel parts: 304/316L 

 ▪ Other steel parts: 304 

 ▪ Product overcurrent seal: EPDM 

 ▪ Other overcurrent seals: EPDM (standard) 

 ▪ Other seals: NBR 

 Technical parameter 

 ▪ Large product pressure in the pipeline: 1000kpa (10bar) 

 ▪ Large product pressure in the storage tank: 1 000kpa (10bar), if the high temperature is 20℃ 8 50kpa (8.5bar), if the high temperature is 100℃ 7 50kpa (7.5bar), if the high temperature is 150℃ 

 ▪ Small product pressure: vacuum 

 ▪ Temperature range: -10℃ to 135℃ (EFDM) 

 ▪ Air pressure: 400 to 800kpa (4-8bar)
