Diaphragm valve

Apply 

 ▪ Diaphragm valve, manual or pneumatic operation, is specially used for hygiene and sterile processes in the pharmaceutical industry. 

 ▪ This valve is very suitable for fluid control and switching tasks. 

 ▪ Compared with other valve designs, this diaphragm valve is easier to clean and handles materials with particles well. In the application of flow control, there is also less air hole phenomenon. 

 Operating principle 

 ▪ The diaphragm provides valve body seal and valve seat seal. There is no path to the external environment, so the valve is suitable for the sterile process. 

 ▪ When the valve is closed, the pressure pad supporting the diaphragm moves towards the sealing surface on the valve body. When the pressure plate moves, the membrane bends. Forced to push to the valve seat area in the center of the valve body. Therefore, the fluid path to the valve body is closed. 

 ▪ The mutual relationship between the valve body and the pressure plate prevents the squeezing of the membrane. 

 ▪ The valve can be operated manually or pneumatically, or controlled by the controller and solenoid valve.
