Functional features 

 ▪ This series of anti-mixing valves can effectively separate two non-mixable media. When the valve is closed, the upper and lower pipelines are double sealed, so as to effectively prevent mixed flow between pipes. If the seal is damaged, the leakage can be excreted through the leakage cavity in the valve core, and the accessories can be effectively observed and replaced. This series of products are available in a variety of specifications and forms. 

Operating principle 

 ▪ The basic two-seat anti-mixing valve series is operated remotely through compressed air. The valve is always closed under normal circumstances. 

 ▪ This type of valve has two independent spool seals, and an atmospheric leakage cavity will be formed between the two seals in normal working conditions. In the case of occasional accidents or product leakage, the product will flow into the leakage cavity and is discharged from the outlet, which will not cause product pollution or mixture; when the valve is open, the leakage cavity is closed, and there is no product overflow during the normal operation of the valve. Therefore, the products transported can flow from one pipeline to another. This type of valve can be cleaned by CIP.
