Sanitary safety valve

Apply 

 ▪ The safety design of the sanitary safety valve allows it to protect the equipment, so it is installed in the discharge pressure loop to play a safe protective role for pipelines, pumps, devices, storage tanks, etc. It is widely used in food, beverage, dairy products, pharmaceuticals, beer and other industries. 

 Operating principle 

 ▪ This series of safety valves calibrates a specific pressure by adjusting the tightening nut of the spring. The calibration pressure is the maximum safety pressure value determined to avoid damage to the equipment. Under normal working pressure, the valve is closed; when the system pressure exceeds the calibration pressure, the valve opens. The pressure in the pipeline system is released, so as to achieve the protection of pipelines and equipment. 

 ▪ The pneumatic opening device is added to the sanitary safety valve, which is convenient for CIP cleaning of the safety valve and its pipeline. 

 ▪ Safety valve is a relatively special valve, which has been strictly verified at the factory, but in order to make the valve more suitable for the actual operating conditions, the valve should be checked on the spot as much as possible when there are conditions.

 ▪ Other steel parts: 304 

 ▪ Bullet steel parts: 60 Si2Mn 

 ▪ Surface roughness of overcurrent parts: Ra0.8um 

 ▪ Outer surface roughness: Ra0.8um 

 ▪ Seals in contact with conveying materials: EPDM (standard parts) 

 ▪ Other seals: PTFE, EPDM
