Apply 

 ▪ The sanitary check valve is used in the stainless steel pipe system to prevent fluid backflow. 

 Operating principle 

 ▪ When the pressure at the bottom of the valve stem exceeds the pressure above the stem and the spring force, the check valve opens. 

 ▪ When the upper and lower pressure of the valve stem is balanced, the valve will close. 

 ▪ A higher reverse pressure will act on the valve stem to close it. 

 Standard design 

 ▪ The valve body of the check valve is divided into two parts, which are assembled together by clamps and sealed with a sealing ring. A guide disc can be used to guide the spring and is equipped with a valve core with a rectangular sealing ring. This kind of check valve series has welded, clamp and external thread connection ports, which can be adapted to various pipe connections.

 ▪ If the check valve is installed in a vertical pipe, the pressure required to open the valve is about 6Kp a, the pressure of large conveying materials is 1 0 0 0Kp a, and the use temperature range is -10℃ - 1 35℃.
